Edo South agog as Ex- NDDC Commissioner, Matthew Iduoriyekemwen picks Senate  Nomination form

Abuja: There is ecstacy across Edo South Senatorial District as Ex- NDDC Commissioner and former Majority Leader of Edo State House of Assembly, Hon. Matthew Aigbuhuenze Iduoriyekemwen picks nomination form to contest for the Senate, representing Edo South Senatorial District, Abuja.

While receiving the Nomination form which was bought by some of his loved ones in the PDP Secretariat Abuja, Hon. Iduoriyekemwen said he has the experience to pilot affairs of Edo South Senatorial District to the next level of transformation, adding that there are diverse of witness to ascertain his claims.

In his words, 'Oduma' as he is popularly called said "The Nomination form was obtained by my people and given to me, because they trust and believe in me. I have the experience to pilot their affairs without blemish. There are witnesses to my political prowess and I appreciate them for the trust reposed in me. My people know the primary assignment of a legislator and they are certain I won't thwart their efforts, they know I will provide the basic needs as required for them"

Responding to his mindset to replace serving  Senator Matthew Urhoghide, Iduoriyekemwen said the current Senator is his big brother who have done well, as well as commended the Oredo born Senator for his works, adding that there is room for new ideas and better representation.

"We appreciate the people of Edo South for giving him the opportunity to serve two tenure of eight years, so it's time. There is need to be an improvement on what he has done. The dynamics and approach to governance are differs. PDP is the party for the South South and I have no doubt that we are sweeping everywhere come 2023" The Ikpoba Okha born icon added.
