*Orhionmwon Council Boss, hails  High Court’s judgement of alleged forgery case against Obaseki, as well as congratulates Gov. Obaseki, Orhionmwon, Edo people on victory*

Abudu: The Executive Chairman of Orhionmwon Local Government Council, Hon. Sylvester Okoro has congratulated the Governor of Edo State,  Orhionmwon and Edo people, as well as lauded the Federal High Court judgement on dismissal of alleged Certificate forgery case against the Executive Governor of Edo State, His Excellency,  Mr. Godwin Nogheghase Obaseki by the All Progressive Congress (APC), adding that the judgement is a fulfilment of God's promise towards Edo people.

Meanwhile, Honourable Justice Adamu Mohammed, in his ruling said the plaintiffs failed to prove their case beyond reasonable doubt that the first defendant, (Mr. Obaseki) forged his certificates, adding that “Allegation of forgery borders on crime which must be proved beyond reasonable doubt"

While giving the final judgement, Honourable Justice Mohammed added, “Having thoroughly analysed the evidence of this case, it is the conclusion of this court that the plaintiff did not forge his O’Level Certificate, his HSC certificate, and particularly his University of Ibadan degree certificate. Accordingly, the plaintiffs’ case is dismissed"

In an interview with Mega House TV yesterday, Hon. Okoro said "The judgement has however invited calmness and sanity to the Edo State, owing to the fact that Orhionmwon people in particular and Edo at-large cannot afford to go back to Egypt noting that Gov. Godwin Obaseki remains a Godsent Governor to the State"
